Civil engineering services include municipal and individual water and sewer system design, roadway and driveway design and paving rehabilitation, grading and drainage system design, site master planning, cost estimating, quality control, inspection and project management, hydraulic design and evaluations.

Surveying services include topographic surveys and mapping, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking, preliminary and final plat surveys, subdivision and utility surveys and mapping, right-of-way surveys, flood plain surveys, solar shadow surveys, condominium and townhouse surveys and platting.

Planning services include land use planning, site/master planning, site analysis and feasibility, development strategies, site selection, project coordination, project packaging, ordinance consulting and research.

3D and GIS Services. Benchmark Associates now has a full service GIS department. Our recent flyover of the Wood River Valley has enabled us to utilize the latest software to its extreme. This includes all aspects of GIS including Visualizations, View sheds, data queries etc. We are also able to perform some truly amazing virtual realty 3d animations utilizing our data (See our example of downtown Ketchum).
This is extremely useful for proposed buildings, subdivisions, and general construction projects and the virtual reality 3d animations are invaluable for presentations to Government Entities for approval of said projects.
