What can I do if I lost my password?

1. write us an email from email address of your user account
2. ask us in this email of regenerating password
3. in few hours you recieve email from us with new password
4. log into system with your new password
5. if you wish, you can change new generated password in your personal details for your favorite

Note: For a security reason we store all passwords in encrypted form only. This is a reason why we can not send you your original lost password and why we do have to regenerate your password with a new one.
