1. Requester seeks access to a mapserver which shows various GIS layers and data. Benchmark Associates P.A. nor the provider of any data which is on this mapserver make no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the mapservers content, accuracy, currency, completeness and/or the accuracy of any queries of said data.

ALL DATA IS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”.

Benchmark Associates P.A. makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, accuracy or precision of any data shown on this mapserver. Users of data are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, currency, precision and other qualities of all products (including but not limited to maps, reports, displays, analysis and all layers hosted on the mapserver).

If a user informs others that a product is based upon Benchmark Associates P.A.’s mapserver data, Benchmark Associates P.A. specifically requests and directs that the user also disclose the limitations contained in this disclaimer.

2. Data Interpretation
Any interpretation of data which is hosted on this mapserver is the complete responsibility of the requester. The mapserver is designed as a guide to spatial information and in no way is meant to accurately depict all information shown.

3. Spatial Accuracy
Map data can be plotted or represented at various scales other than the original source of the data. The Requester is made aware of this and understands that plotting or representing data at scales other then those scales of the original source may distort and affect the accuracy of said data.

4. Limit of Liability
The user agrees that Benchmark Associates P.A. and or any supplier of data shown on Benchmark Associates P.A. mapserver, shall not be held liable to the Requester (or transferees or vendees of Requester) for damages of any kind relating to said mapserver and or data contained in said mapserver. In the case the data provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise defective in any way, the Requester agrees that he/she or transferees of vendees of the Requester, shall have no remedy at law or equity against Benchmark Associates P.A. and/or any supplier of data to which is hosted on this mapserver.
